The flat will be used as holiday accommodation and for no other purpose, and will be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. The flat will be left tidy and clean. Any breakages occurring during the course of the letting must be paid for, and the person signing the agreement on the booking form undertakes to ensure that any such payment is made.
No responsibility is accepted by the Methodist Church, or its agents or members, for any accident or mishap to persons or property while on the premises.
In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, but if this is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is within ten days of the commencement of the holiday, the whole amount may be forfeited.
The number of people occupying the flat must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking without prior agreement from the centre co-ordinator. In no circumstances can the number exceed that specified in the flats details i.e. the number of beds plus any agreed ‘Z’ beds.
A no-smoking policy is in operation throughout the building. The centre is unable to accept pets.
